Lawyer
Scott studied a Bachelor of Laws at Monash University, where he developed his passion for human rights policy, and issues of migration and displacement.
Scott first joined CFIL in December 2019 as a paralegal. Over the next three years, he gained extensive experience across a broad range of migration, refugee and visa cancellation cases. Since commencing as a Lawyer in 2023, Scott has assisted clients with primary applications, Administrative Appeals Tribunal reviews, court matters, and ministerial intervention requests.
Scott has a particular interest in refugee rights and character cancellation matters, and hopes to ensure all his clients feel comfortable and well supported.
