Allan completed his Bachelor of Laws degree at Deakin University in 2014 and his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law in 2015. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria as a practising lawyer in February 2016.
He has been practising in the migration field since 2016 and has assisted with various types of visa applications, including employer sponsored visas, general skilled visas, student visas and partner visas.
Allan recognises the importance of pro bono activities and regularly volunteers at his local community legal centres, where he assists disadvantaged clients with their legal issues. He is also a member of the LIV Young Lawyer’s Community Issues Committee, which aims to promote awareness of social justice issues and opportunities to young lawyers and students.
