Lawyer
Charlie was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2021, after completing a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) at the University of Adelaide. He later obtained a Master of Laws (International Law) from the Australian National University, during which he undertook a legal internship at the United Nations in New York.
He began his career at the Attorney-General’s Department in Canberra, focusing on workplace law reform and migrant worker protections. He later served as a Legal Advisor to the International Committee of the Red Cross, where he advised on international humanitarian law across the Pacific region.
From 2022 to 2024, Charlie worked in Endeavor’s in-house immigration law team in London, supporting high-profile clients across sport, entertainment and fashion. He was recognised for providing timely and pragmatic guidance to clients navigating complex immigration systems. In Australia, he has also supported small and medium enterprises with immigration compliance and workforce mobility.
Charlie combines technical expertise with a collaborative and client-focused approach. His experience spans multiple jurisdictions, including the UK, EU and Australia, and covers both corporate and individual immigration matters.
