Corona Virus COVID19

Dear CFIL clients

Most clients would be aware of the rising global concerns regarding the coronavirus COVID19.  As reported in the media, many organisations are taking steps to ensure the safety and wellbeing of their clients and staff.

Our firm works with clients from all over the world and as such, we feel that it is only sensible to put precautionary measures in place.  Clients who wish to attend our office for an appointment will be asked the following questions;

  • Have you or any family members and/or close contacts been tested for or have tested positive to COVID19?

  • Have you recently travelled overseas?

  • Have you recently travelled to China, Iran or Sth Korea?

  • Have you recently travelled through China, Iran or Sth Korea, including any stop-overs?

  • Have you come into contact with anyone who has travelled to/through China, Iran or Sth Korea?

If you answer ‘Yes’ to any of the questions, we ask that you either postpone your appointment for a date outside of the recommended virus incubation period (14 days) or we can happily arrange a telephone or Skype appointment.

Thank you all for your co-operation – these measures are obviously to protect you, our clients, as much as our staff.  We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will post updates of any further developments.
