Rohan Singh – Law Graduate
Rohan completed a Juris Doctor from Monash University in December 2025. Prior to this, Rohan completed a Bachelor of Legal and Dispute Studies from RMIT University.
Rohan joined Carina Ford Immigration Lawyers in February 2023 as a Paralegal, and has recently progressed into a Law Graduate role. He has also completed multiple internships as part of his completed degrees, in both community legal and in-house company environments, which solidified his interest in human rights, social justice, and providing assistance to people facing hardship.
Rohan has assisted on a broad range of visa and immigration matters, including visitor, partner, humanitarian, employer-sponsored visas and citizenship applications, in addition to matters before Administrative Reviews Tribunal and the Courts.
Rohan is currently completing his Post-Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, and expects to complete this by August 2026. Following this, he will seek admission as a Legal Practitioner to the Supreme Court of Victoria.
Outside of work, Rohan enjoys reading, watching films, and following the AFL.
