Vivian Huynh, Law Graduate

Vivian completed her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Marketing, at Deakin University in 2025.

Vivian joined Carina Ford Immigration Lawyers in 2024 and recently progressed into a Law Graduate role. During her time at the firm, Vivian has assisted on a variety of matters including, partner, humanitarian, employer-sponsored visas and citizenship applications, as well as litigation before the courts and the Administrative Review Tribunal.

Throughout her academic and professional journey, Vivian has volunteered at community legal centres and taught English to children overseas. Her interest in migration law stems from her own parents’ journey to Australia and has continued to develop throughout her experience at CFIL. She is particularly passionate about assisting refugees and aspires to support them as they rebuild their lives in Australia, which can often be a complex and challenging process.

Vivian is currently completing her Post-Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and expects to complete this by November 2026. Following this, she will seek admission as a Legal Practitioner to the Supreme Court of Victoria.

Outside of work, Vivian enjoys all things health and fitness, and reading.
